Coach
I am a child of God, a husband to my smoking hot wife, Brittany, and a father to Maddox, Kennedy, Ruby, and Paxton. I grew up playing recreational sports, football and baseball, which naturally transitioned into wanting to work out.
There was zero consistency in my workout routine until I found CrossFit. I’ve always loved movement and competition, but CrossFit showed me how to combine discipline, community, and purpose in one space. My journey hasn’t been easy—I’ve faced my own demons—but each step has shaped me into the coach I am today: driven, focused, and committed to helping others discover the strength they never knew they had.
My life changed the day I met my wife. Before that, I lived for myself—chasing temporary highs, numbing pain with drugs and alcohol, and caring little about where I was headed. I thought strength meant doing everything on my own. But through her love, patience, and belief in me, I started to see who I truly was—and more importantly, who God was calling me to be.
That was the moment I stopped running from purpose and started walking toward it. The real enemy was my pride and broken identity, but grace flipped the script. Now, every day is a step deeper into the man, husband, father, and coach I was created to be.
Coaching is more than counting reps or yelling time—it’s about transformation. I coach because I believe in people, especially those who doubt themselves. I’m here for the dad who wants to lead his family well, the mom reclaiming her strength, the teen searching for identity, and the recovering addict learning they’re more than their past. My purpose is to call greatness out of people and remind them that they are capable, worthy, and never alone in the fight.
